It would be very strange to have him a a heckler standing outside trying to lure people inside.

Seriously, are you at all familiar with Marsden Hartley's work? Turn of the 20th century American artist, Stieglitz Circle.

I took a gander at his stuff and was amazed. Thank you for the reference. I rarely get any historical exposure anymore. I was not familiar with his stuff.

You're so welcome! I believe you'd really get a kick out of the artists in the Stieglitz Circle, aka "291," (you can find them in survey texts or hell even on Wikipedia) and maybe the people in the Arensberg Circle. Look up Charles Demuth too, off the top of my head, that's someone else with whom you share stylistic affinity. More the watercolors than the architectural paintings. And Arthur Dove. Arthur Dove oh lord

I forged them from the enzymes of-- Well, forget that, I use sharpies (fine and ultra fine) and if I am feeling playful I will use my paintmarkers. I kind of dont like prismacolor markers but on this piece I used them for the greyish background.

I love the balance of red, blue, and green. It's very surreal indeed. :)
